What you'll do

Oversee end-to-end daily operations including client onboarding, delivery tracking, and freelancer coordination. Support customer sales pipelines and ensure smooth handoffs between sales and delivery teams. Maintain P&L visibility and flag operational inefficiencies to leadership.

Proven experience coordinating freelancers or distributed teams
