Operations Generalist – Founder's Office (AI/GTM Startup)

What you'll do

Own day-to-day delivery operations, support GTM execution including outbound sales and customer success, and assist the founder on strategy, branding, and marketing initiatives. Act as the connective tissue across functions—tracking P&L hygiene, managing vendor and client relationships, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Work directly with the founder 5 days a week in a high-trust, high-accountability environment at an early-stage AI startup.

What we look for

• 3–5 years of experience in a generalist, consulting, or startup operations role
• Demonstrated ability to juggle sales, marketing, and ops simultaneously
• Comfort reading and interpreting basic P&L statements and financial dashboards
• Proficiency with modern SaaS tools (CRMs, project management, AI productivity tools)
• Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing and internal work
• MBA preferred; tier-1 college or strong alternative pedigree acceptable
• Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi/Gurgaon for full-time onsite work
